Which box will I receive first?

Your first box will be the Welcome box! Once you sign up, you will be charged for this box. As soon as the payment has settled, which might take a few days, we will ship it to you. You will receive an email from us once we start preparing and shipping the box. Additionally, you will be able to see the tracking link through your member universe under the field "Track My Box", so you can follow it every step of the way.

Please note: There are occasions where we have to change the Welcomebox faster than usual. If that happens in a time where your payment has not been processed yet, there is a chance you might not receive the Welcomebox you initially signed up for.
