
Why am I charged if I cancelled or paused my subscription?

We collect payments on the same date each month, you can find those dates here. If you choose to cancel or skip a box/delivery shortly after this date, it's possible that the transaction for the next box has already been processed, even if it hasn't appeared in your bank account on the same day. This is because the processing can take a few workdays.
Although your cancellation or skip will take effect immediately, if you have already paid for the upcoming box, it means you will still receive one more Goodiebox. Consider it as a farewell and "see you soon" box filled with delightful Goodies.
Is there a deadline for canceling or skipping my subscription to avoid being charged for a new box?
Yes, there is a deadline to cancel or skip your box/delivery and avoid being charged for a new box. The subscription change needs to be processed before your next scheduled payment. To prevent any unexpected charges for a new box, please ensure that you cancel or skip at least one day (24 hours) before your next payment.
Please also be aware that it may take a while before our Happiness Heroes get back to you. Therefore, if you wish to cancel or skip with our help you have to contact us well in advance. Otherwise, you can always do it yourself via Member Universe.
